Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied

I am using Mandrake 10.0 with the Kolab groupware server. 

But I cannot get it to allow the users to send e-mails to external people,
it just gives the error:-

            554 <k.test at xxx.domain.co.uk>: Recipient address rejected: Relay
access denied

I do not have main console access, I only have webmin & SSH (both root)
access.

Any clues as to how I can get this working.
