Kolab & Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0

I am having great trouble getting Kolab to run on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
3.0, I have tried ZFOS (bin version for RHel3) and from source(using the
QIM), has anyone got this working ?

Any clues very welcome as I need this working today and am getting no where
at the moment.
