Upgraded kolab, still not delivering to imap

That's correct. As Bernhard already said, look at the Postfix log files. They 
will tell you where the mail is going.

I'm still pretty sure that you have your distribution's (Debian?) MTA (Exim? 
Postfix?) running ;-)
