Kolab bootstrap error:-

The same problem haunted me for quite some time. I am not even sure what 
fixed the problem, but it seemed to have something to do with stray 
slurpd's left over after openldap was shut down. Right now I'm using 
openldap-2.2.11-20040422 and if I watch out for those slurpds and kill 
them before running kolab_bootstrap there is no problem anymore.
