Unable to create Inbox

I have installed the newest source Proko2, 2 times, using obmtool.
I cannot get an Inbox when I create a disconnected imap connection. When I do
a refresh cache, I get the following:
Retrieving the Access Control List on folder newimaps://jwalls%
40browntransmission.com at kolab.browntransmission.com:993/ failed. The server
returned: Mailbox does not exist
When setting up the user on the webadmin interface, I get no errors. I got no
errors on install. There are no errors in the log files.
This is at best frustrating. I have tried both the zfos install, and the new
Proko2 sources. There has to be an obvoius reason this is happening, but I
can't find it. All modules are running:

I had set the version 1 Kolab server up before, to test, and had none of the
problems.
Please tell me the stupid little things I am missing, so I can get this moving
along. I plan on putting this in here to take over for an old mmdf
mailserver, and help us curb out spam. Also to take over for my Sonicwall
based Virus checker.
Thanks.
