Problem with setting up new accounts

Hi,

After a lot of efforts i managed to get kolab running..it took me so 
much time..thanks to all kind of old docs being linked from kolab
pages etc..and zfos.com link not visible anywhere..

Then boot_strap.sh -b not advertised!!..Anyway.. Now kolab starts
up i am able to login from webfrontend add users, etc. I tried
logging in using cyradm and manager account and i am able
to see the cyrus mail boxes have been created. 

But trying to authenticate as any of the users always fails.

Some lines from the slapd log shows the following

Can somebody explain to me why i am not able to login with any of the users??
If you want more information do let me know.. At this point i am not sure
what information is required.
