install kolab under Mandrake10

I concentrate my work on the server stuff, and there's already a lot to
do, so I haven't had the time to test the GUI much.

At one point, the functionality was there, but I think the KDE people
removed kolab functionality, and our KDE packager didn't put everything
back in.

On MDK 10, some things work, e-mail is fine, including sieve and
vacation, but the imap store for the calendar and contacts has problems.
