Some problem initial setup kolab2

I fetched the source from
http://ftp.kolab.org/kolab/server/development/dated/20041201/sources/ and build
those with
$ ./obmtool kolab
As saw no error and want to initialy configure with
$ /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap -b
I got this error messages:
