the cvs server is the kde cvs.
here is a mini howto to fetch and patch kdepim for proko2:

export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.kde.org:/home/kde
cvs login
cvs co kdepim
wget http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/*checkout*/doc/kde-client/cvs-instructions/checkout_proko2.sh
cd kdepim
sh ../checkout_proko2.sh
