Shared folders gives everyone access

Hello

When creating shared folders using the Kolab webinterface it assigns everyone 
read access and from the webinterface this cannot be revoked, is this by 
design?

What is a group of users wants a shared folder just for themselves?

Os is the thinking that the ones created using the Webint is for all users and 
others should be shared using KMail itself?
