Shared Folder, the invisible thing

Hi,

Here's what I found out about shared folders after
messing around for a while : by default, kolab setups
cyrus to use virtual hosts, so you need to create your
shared folders with @domain appended, or disable
virtuals host in cyrus but that's alot harder because
other parts of kolab expect user to have the
