calendar synchronization

I tried using Toltec connector with Outlook 2000.
I obtained the trial key download the setup executable.

First, as per instructions I set iCalendar to be default format. This was painless.

Next, I tried to make toltec synchronize calendar folder. Manual stays that I have to adjust calendar 
properties in particular the "Toltec Synchronization." However, I do not see this tab.

What do I have to do? I downloaded the connector software today. Could it be that the latest built 
was defective?
