Oben genanntes Problem konnte gelöst werden mit folgenden Änderungen:

System CentOS 7/64bit.! Kolab 3.4

max_allowed_packet  = 50M
---------------------------
/etc/postfix/main.cd

message_size_limit = 52428800
------------------------------
/etc/php.ini

upload_max_filesize = 32M
..
post_max_size = 48M
--
memory_limit = 256M
-------------------------------

Danach

systemctl restart mariadb.service
systemctl restart httpd.service
systemctl restart postfix.service
