Please find an updated version of 

	KEP 2: Modification of datetime: store local time, add 'tz' attribute

at

for your review. This version is based on the input from

	http://wiki.kolab.org/KEP_2_Arguments

as well as a longer phone discussion between Florian von Samson, Bernhard 
Reiter, and myself in order to find acceptable solutions to the remaining 
issues. There are several changes in the editorial domain, as well as some 
substantive changes, mostly in the domain of trying to simplify, clarify and 
make more robust.

The important cornerstones:

 * One storage format based on ISO 8601 profile
 * UTC storage identical to old format for "machine generated fields"
 * Local time storage for user determined fields, with mandatory tz attribute
 * tz attribute for referential Olson-ID time zone denomination
 * Explicit notes on iTip handling

If you have participated in this process, or of the outcome of this process is 
in any case important to you, please give this version a last once-over and 
let us know whether there are any more sticking points so we can iron them out 
quickly, because we plan to move ahead with finally closing this KEP off as 
there are a couple more things to come in the pipeline.
