Cancelled: KEP #2 Closing Call

In light of the renewed discussion on KEP #2, titled "Modification of 
datetime: store local time, add 'tz' attribute", on the kolab-format mailing 
list, the KEP Secretariat is cancelling the closing call for this KEP.

As the discussion during the closing call expressed additional concerns that 
may result in further changes and review to be needed, the author (Georg 
Greve) will need to request a new Closing Call to be entered when the KEP has 
reached further consensus.

Please allow me to, on behalf of the KEP Secretariat, once more, thank you for 
your continued commitment to the KEP process, allowing us to, together, 
improve Kolab in general and in this instance, the Kolab XML Format 
specification specifically.
