Okay, rough, with a few TODOs.

Florian, Jeroen, Georg, I suggest we take more involved examples
to the wiki. 

Please can you read P1 and tell me if it is understandable or

Florian, please peek at argument "b)", this is the one which is most 
interesting for the in-format vs by-reference issue.
