Kolab Format Converter Lib Specification; Comments welcome

Hello,

i and some other people are starting to develop a library which should convert 
between the kolab mail format and the evolution PIM data structures. This 
library is part of a bigger project which aimes to connect the evolution 
groupware client to the klolab server.
