enhanced XML Format for events (fixing recurrances and allowforprivate events)

Martin, will some of the details you'll be defining address the
recurranceID issue, or were you speaking of fixing something else with
recurrances?  If so, I look forward to seeing your plan for dealing with a
change to a single instance of a recurring event, and hope you'll consider
something like the iCal "recurranceID" I mentioned about a month ago.
