Well <scheduling-id> is the XML tag.
X-Kolab-SchedulingID is a *mail* header.
Indeed it should be mentionned in the format spec, near the line about X-Kolab-Type.
I'll add it, if it's OK with you.

The SID is simply the UID of the invitation. Can you just copy it over?
