preferred-address

Chapter 6 (contact) :
How does <preferred-address> work? It's a simple string, but the <address> elements
are structured (with type/street/city/etc.).
From what the text says (that preferred-address has a type), I guess <preferred-address>
isn't a string, but in fact has the same contents as <address>?

I just committed the RelaxNG schema to the CVS.
