Cyrus and ANNOTATEMORE /vendor/kolab support

Hi all,

I know at one stage Joon said he could produce a patch for Cyrus to add us
to the vendor list for Cyrus. Joon, could you please post the one-liner here?

If there are no objections I will then submit this to the Cyrus list and see if we
can get it rolled into future releases, allow us to avoid maintaining our own
patches.

In the meantime I guess we can ask the OpenPKG guys to roll the patch for
us as a swith for the imapd package (potentially as a part of the existing
with_atvdom option...)
