This can only work with comparisons and the imapid already
has that information.

The messages saved will have a higher imapid
and all messages with higher imapids to the old one (but the same eventid)
in the comparison will need to be considered for conflict resolution.
There is always room to get two of those on the server,
so no way to make revision a unique value.

So what would be the extra benefit of revision?
