Appointment recurrence exceptions

Hi,

Exceptions in the current format is only for deleted occurrences. Some of
the exceptions can also be time, attendees, etc. This is a very rare uses
case. 

Should we make provision for this or leave it for version 2 of the format? 

My vote is for version 2 :-)
