[Kolab-devel] debian: first guam 0.9 built

Hello @all (but esp. kanarip I think),

it seems Guam 0.9 on Debian 9 is ready for testing now. 

For Debian 8 there's still erlang-neotoma missing (I'd prefer using the version from debian sid/stretch, not the one in obs.kolab.org). Should be quite simple and straight forward to include.  

Should I first do extensive testing or submit an update/pull request now and let others do the tests?
