First of all, this is the developers list. Chances are low getting help with installing Kolab here. 

Ask your question on the users list (users at lists.kolab.org) and add some more detailed informations. Like which Kolab Version (16?) you are trying to install on what kind of operation system (debian jessie?).

This is a slightly generic error message. There's probably more information above those lines telling you why it's failing to configure the packages. In particular there should be some explicit error message which package fails first (and why), resulting in others failing because of it's dependencies. 

Most likely it's amavisd having some problems in configuring its service. Have you set your fully qualified domain name? (hostname --fqdn)
