[Kolab-devel] Debian9/Winterfell: Send mail with roundcube?

I looked into the browser console and saw that program/js on Kolab16 has
more file that were missing in Winterfell. Copying the files (and
assets/js) got it working for me. So it looks like a packaging problem.
