I'm sorry that was the wrong way around. application/x-vnd.kolab.distribution-
list is the new one and should be used, application/x-
vnd.kolab.contact.distlist comes from the v2 format and is deprecated.
I'll therefore fix the wikipage and libkolab accordingly.
