I asked already something similar (set ownership in sharedfolder admin)
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2888
Like Jeroen already answered there:
a) kolab supports already stored acls in ldap, just the web gui for this
is missing
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1752
b) with pykolab 0.6.12 shared folders with address could receive +p flag
up on creation.
but the automatic +p is a bit buggy imho apart from the fact that
usually nobody has the
sharedfolder_delivery_address_attribute parameter in his kolab.conf.
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2890
For shared folders it would be very helpfull if someone could extend the
shared folder type
so we can set admins/owner for this folder which translates into a
kolabmailfolderaclentry ldap attribute. Every user defined acls
afterwords be done withing imap/roundcube, but those with the aclentry
will be forced or recreated if missing. (at least to my understanding)
