changing "protected function sort_folder_list($a_folders)" to "public 
function sort_folder_list($a_folders)" in 
program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php allows the calendar to load.  i'm 
sure this is probably the worst possible way to address this though :) - 
just a quick test fix to identify the behavior.
