Hello,
I just investigated this, and got to see this page:
http://technik.blogs.nde.ag/2012/11/19/horde-5-and-kolab-2-2-yes-we-can/
There is a description how to install Horde5 and Kolab 2.2.

The bundle kolab_webmail still exists in git:
https://github.com/horde/horde/tree/master/bundles/kolab_webmail
But the link from the README does not work anymore:
http://www.horde.org/apps/kolab_webmail
and the bundle is not published anymore at http://www.horde.org/apps

More importantly: there seems to be no support for the kolab format
used in Kolab 3:
https://github.com/horde/horde/blob/master/framework/Kolab_Format/lib/Horde/Kolab/Format/Xml.php#L157

The comment from Georg Greve to the blog post mentioned above says
that there was no customer interest in Horde integration with Kolab.
So I guess it is not possible at the moment to use Horde with Kolab3.

The reason that I am looking into this is that users want "virtual
folders" from Horde in Roundcube. I guess going back to Horde is no
option, so I will see if I can extend the advanced-search plugin to
save searches...

All the best,
  Timotheus
