Hey guys,

I just noticed that the first hit on Google, for a search of "install 
kolab on Debian" is actually:

   https://wiki.kolab.org/Debian_-_Administrators_-_Kolab_Installation

I don't think we want the content that is on there any longer, 
though... as it still refers to OpenPKG and the Kolab 2 packages.
