[Kolab-devel] ActiveSync Throttling?

Some of my iOS6 users are experiencing pretty much exactly what is 
described in this Microsoft knowledge base: 
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2748176/en-us

The connections errors stem from Exchange throttling the connection 
because the device sends too many requests. Does Kolab's implementation 
of ActiveSync have such a feature? It would explain a lot.
