The change doesn't affect the .ics itself but the Content-Disposition
header in the email source. Please check the invitation message source and
verify that there is not Content-Disposition: attachment header above the
event.ics part.

In case you're sending invitations to an event with a multi-line
description, you also need the patch from
http://git.kolab.org/roundcubemail-plugins-kolab/commit/?id=bd2cf48d4074

I successfully tested it with Outlook 2013. Will do more testing with older
versions.
