FYI: The Kolab webadmin does not interact with IMAP - it creates the 
LDAP entry.

The Kolab daemon (kolabd service, from the pykolab package) is supposed 
to be listening to changes in LDAP, and act accordingly.

I think it is that you are running in to the python-ldap / psearch / 
pyasn1 problems you mentioned in another thread, that causes no 
mailboxes are being created.
