[Kolab-devel] [issue4863] Kleopatra key generation wizard defaults to 1024 bits instead of 2048

[aheinecke]

gpg --gen-key defaults to 2048 and this is currently appropiate, so Kleopatra
should do the same. Kleopatra 4.x also defaults to 2048.
