[Kolab-devel] Make setup_ldap.py more robust

Hi,

I started using Kolab yesterday and I had some difficulties using setup-kolab. I think that this tool could became quite complicated to use if the setup is not completed correctly the first time.

For this reason I proposed two patches on Bugzilla: https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2053

I would like to implement two other patches:
1. Killing slapd if it's already running before trying to configure
2. Checking if /dev/shm is mounted (installation will fail on many VPS because usually is not mounted)

What do you think about those changes?
