[Kolab-devel] Apt package for kolab-webadmin

Hi there,

I've created an APT package for the Kolab Web administration panel, which, 
while noted it is not really functional, could use some review by those who 
are more experienced Debian packagers than I am.

The git-buildpackage GIT repository is at http://git.kolabsys.com/apt/kolab-
webadmin/, the work has taken place on the master branch, and is available in 
the development repository stage for Debian Squeeze, Wheezy and Sid.
