[Kolab-devel] [issue4812] Categories not visible in the Addresseview

During a discussion about the Addressee Editor view it was pointed out that the
most common usecase for this is just to review categories because categories are
not visible or selectable in the AddresseView.

To make it possible to show them directly will also support users in helping
them to keep the categories up to date. As this is a very small feature emanuel
asked me to just do it.
