I accidentally broke them, but only for a very short time (two mails
on kolab-devel), sorry.

Actually it is all Mailman's fault: I can never remember that the
"host_name" setting belongs to the email domain, not to the host
name, and that fix_url does not only fix URLs, but changes
host_name, too.
