setup-kolab searches for these files in /usr/share/doc/, and copies 
them to the LDAP schema configuration directory 
(/etc/dirsrv/slapd-$INSTANCE/schema/) after which it restarts the 
directory server in order for it to pick up on the new schema 
extensions.
