Hello,

I am cleaning the wiki often. The antispam features are insuffient.

Can someone with proper privileges and skills:
- correct the error: "Failed to parse (PNG conversion failed; check
for correct installation of latex, dvips, gs, and convert): 27 - 2 =
", by installing the necessary tool(s)
- disallow edit by default and add an "approved" group  (at least
verified email)
