Hi all as Christoph
Regarding the error for 2.3.3 on CentOS 5.6 is as following. I did not use
your imap source rpm I used the origianl download source. The source, log
etc. is still existing and if you need more tell me. Remember for 2.3.2 the
compilation was absolutly 100% running fine without problems:

Unfortunately the patch to work around this issue got lopst during the
update
to 2.3.3 because I thought it would be included in the new imapd release
already. It was not, it's only fixed in cyrus 2.4.x.
