[Kolab-devel] [issue4796] Use folder-specific sender-identity as organizer-identity for new events/to-dos (rt#10104)

Important wish for KOrganizer in Kontact e35:

Precondition: User has more than one identities.

Wish:
The selected sender-identity for each folder in KMail's folder properties should
also be effective for groupware folders with calendar and todos.
If a special sender-identity is selected for a calendar folder, after creating a
new event (in side-by-side! view in this calendar) the selected sender-identity
should preselect in the organizer-identity field.

Current behaviour:
The selected sender-identity in folder properties is ignored for groupware
folders. Always the default identity is used for organizer field in new
event/todo dialog.

Restriction:
This new feature is required for side-by-side view only (because user has to
select the calendar before saving). Creating new events/todos via file menu or
merged calendar view should not supported by this feature.

Please estimate first! It's very urgent for customer.
