Let's set aside a note on the use of the toplevel folder name for a user (e.g.
user/jeroen.vameeuwen at kolabsys.com), which can be confusing usernames (e.g.
user/jdo45 at example.org).

First, I think lacking proper cross-domain ACLs the @realm should be hidden
unless the targetted realm does not meet the realm the user has been
authorized in/for.

Second, it may be worth considering using LDAP to 'nice' the name displayed,
so that:

  Other Users/jdo45/Calendar
  Other Users/jdo45/Calendar/Private

Might become something like,

  Calendar
    `- Other Users
        `- Doe, Jane
          `- Private

Regardless of whether or not the Other Users' calendars are actually nested in
the user's calendar or not, and regardless of whether the sorting /
categorizing kicks in at all.

Kind regards,

Jeroen van Meeuwen
