[Kolab-devel] [issue4762] Duplicate calendar names in horde if user has access to other users calendar

We discovered some problems in Horde calendar. If an user shares its local
calendar with another user it is hard to figure out which one is the users own
calendar. The select box shows only the calendar names e.g.
Calendar
Calendar

If you take a look ad the value of the html option field you can see which one
is the shared calender of the delegates. 

So we made a small patch which adds the username to the calendar of a delegate.
Maybe it is also helpful for others.
