[Kolab-devel] [issue4696] smime.p7m which has a octect/stream content-type should be recognized as crypto part (rt6199)

a smime.p7m attachment has sometimes the content-type octet/stream.
In this case the attachment should be handled like it has pkcs7/mime content-type.
So a blue crypto border appears and it is possible to decrypt the part.
