[Kolab-devel] [issue4575] composer changing identity to an id with different custom template, doesn't use the template

tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100927.1179073-kk1

The user has two ids with different templates. He opens a composer and changes
the id. But this doesn't have an effect.
He expects that the template of the new identity is used and the mail changed.

Test:
1. Create another id with custom new mail template.
2. Open a composer.
3. Change the id.
=>Nothing happens
Expect: the new custom template is used. 

Test B:
1. Create another id with custom reply template.
2. Reply to a mail.
3. Change the id.
=> Nothing happens
Expect: the new custom reply template is used.
