I'm happy with the result as you dropped the ugly index.php, but old
links (with index.php) still work.

Login with my old account and the theme I have configured for myself
work fine.

Two problems I noticed are both visible on
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Companies vs.
http://wiki-testing.kolab.org/Companies

1. The company logos are not displayed.
   The logo images currently are included from other web sites. I
   don't know why this was done in this way, but I suggest serving
   the images directly from the wiki anyway, so this should not stop
   the migration.

2. The ä-umlaut in Klarälvdalens is displayed as ä.
   I think this should be solved before the final switch.

Another thing I noticed is that (at least currently) it takes 0.5 to
3 seconds to load a page while the old wiki serves it in less than
0.1 seconds. Something that should not stop the migration though.
