tested with Kontact e35 kdepim 20100903.1171286-kk1

Test:
1. Open a composer.
2. Add attachment "test-umlaut.txt"
3. Add attachment "bla"
4. Add attachment "icalout.ics"
5. Send mail to the test account.
6. Look at the mail.
=> In the viewer the accounts are sorted by insert order.
Expected: Sorted by attachment name.

Related to kolab/issue4427. Please estimate first.
