Tested with Kontect e35 20100903

A replied invitation is not marked in any way and stays in the inbox, if 
Misc->Groupware->Delete invitation after sending a reply is unset.
So a user cannot know at a later time, that he already replied and he will reply
to the event another time.

Possible solution: create a confirmation for the reply in the users inbox.
Or mark the mail with a special icons in the maillist.

Please estimate first.
